Anahat Wellbeing is my small step towards creating a space where we can pause, move and breathe together. It's about traditional yoga — the kind that gently blends movement, stillness and conscious breath to bring balance and calm into everyday life.
Whether you're a complete beginner or already love yoga, this is your invitation to give yourself one mindful hour in the day.
Settling the breath. A few minutes to arrive — to let the day's rush quiet down before anything else begins.
Traditional asana, paced for real bodies. Breath leads, movement follows. No pushing, no performance.
Three minutes of stillness at the end — a small pocket of calm to carry with you into the day.
You don't need to be flexible, fit, or know any Sanskrit. Bring a mat (or a folded blanket) and a quiet corner. We'll go slowly, one breath at a time. Questions are always welcome.
This is yoga in its traditional sense — breath-led, unhurried, attentive. Not a workout. We return to the foundations together: alignment, breath, and the quiet that lives between postures.
Modern life often turns yoga into another item on the list — calories, flexibility, posture. The traditional practice is quieter than that. It is the careful weaving of breath and movement into stillness, again and again, until the noise softens. That softening is the whole point. Everything else is welcome, but it isn't the practice.
